What's in the box
Shipping and returns
Ships pan-India in 3 to 5 business days. Supply chain delays can push that out, and we will tell you if yours is affected rather than let you wonder.
Soft parts like the harness, belly belt, leg loops and stirrups are exchange only. We will swap one size if it does not fit, but they cannot be returned for a refund: they sit against your dog's skin, so they cannot be reused and have to be discarded. Check the size with us before you order and this almost never comes up.
